For the above services we charge a percent of the profit after running costs. Regular monthly rental reports are sent to the chalet owners showing you the occupany, costs and net income. PAYMENT TERMS: - 30% is paid at the commencement of the chalet construction. - 20% is paid at the completion of the first floor level. - 30% is paid at the completion of the second floor level including the chalet roof. - 20% is paid on completion of the chalet and the total site - at which point the ownership of the land and the chalet will be transferred to the buyer. The VAT element is to be paid with each scheduled payment.
